We got our first PC when older daughter was an infant I could carry around nestled on my shoulder.  The internet was a new toy and I greatly enjoyed the chat rooms and bulletain boards.  Over the years I have even created and then let die numerous websites, both on free hosts and even on my own domain.

The only part of that time that still exists is my collection of reviews and articles hosted on Epinions, some of which date back to 2000.  I thoughts I’d share a collection of them with you here.

4. Losing a pregnancy - Losing a piece of your heart - June 2000 (remembering the miscarriages I’ve had)

5. Endometriosis and its Effect on my Family - Sept 2000 (most of it still applies in spite of having a hysterectomy almost 2 years ago)

6. Memories of a Miracle - miscarriage, infertility, surgery, preterm labor, placental abruption, Cesarean birth, NICU - Oct 2000 (written in honor of my youngest’s 1st birthday, she who will turn 8 this fall)

7. Make a Kiss Jar for your lover, partner, or spouse this Valentine’s Day  - Feb 2001 (a memory and some arts and crafts)

8. My Breast Friend Nursing Pillow - a mixed review - Jan 2001 (OK it is a product review, but most of it talks about my own personal breastfeeding experiences)

9. Building a Better Art Box - Jan 2001 (basically arts and crafts tips/ideas for pre-schoolers)

10. Instead of flowers or chocolate post-op, give a gift that will really help - pt 1 - Dec 2000 (I never did get around to writing a part 2)

11. In my dreams - Dec 2000 (If money was no object 5 “things” I’d want)

12. Coping with Death : 3 years later, I still miss my mom - October 2000 (this coming October will mark the 10 year anniversary of her passing)

13. MY top 10 reasons to lose weight - Oct 2000 (the scary thing is that I weigh even more NOW than i did THEN)
